CABERNET SAUVIGNON

Our Deus Ex Machina, to be released in the spring of 2020, borrows from the Bordeaux style while embracing the full potential of some of the best red grapes available from Red Mountain Washington. Produced at Quintessence Vineyard, under the watchful eye of vineyard manager, Marshall Edwards, the grapes used to make Deus Ex Machina, give this vintage a distinct range and complexity. Aged for 24 months in 85% new French and 15% neutral oak, a small amount of Malbec is added during assemblage, to round out the mid palate of this exquisite cabernet sauvignon.
